The themes and prompts offered within the Portal are symbolic and metaphorical in nature, serving as a framework for introspection and exploration. Users engage with these tools voluntarily and are encouraged to interpret them in a way that aligns with their own beliefs, values, and worldview.

LIVEmiracle.com disclaims any responsibility for how these internal dialogue features are interpreted, and expressly states that no part of the Portal constitutes religious instruction, spiritual authority, or proselytization. The platform’s sole purpose is to support individual well-being — never to impose meaning.

All users have the ability to create content within the Portal, while registered users can also save it to their user account. All content is encrypted. Guests can access their created content only during the active browser session, while registered users can access their saved content upon logging into the corresponding account.

Users may add or delete their content at any time using the available tools within the Portal. If a user account remains inactive for nine (9) consecutive years, all associated content will be permanently deleted.

Users are permitted to use their created content at their own discretion for any lawful purposes. The platform does not request, access, or utilize this content in any way. As all content is stored exclusively in encrypted form, the platform’s administrators have no technical ability to view or decrypt it.

In Guest Mode 

Content created in guest mode (without logging into a user profile) is encrypted locally in the browser using the AES-256-GCM encryption algorithm. Upon entering the portal, a unique session-based encryption key is generated and stored exclusively in the user’s browser (via cookies). This key is never transmitted to or stored on the server.

Encrypted content remains accessible only on the same device and browser session where it was created. Although guest data is temporarily stored on the server, it is retained only in encrypted form and is completely unreadable without the corresponding session key. If the user clears cookies or closes the session, the encryption key is lost and the content becomes permanently inaccessible. Guest-mode data is stored on the server for up to 3 hours from the last update.

If the user subsequently logs into a registered profile, guest-created encrypted content may be decrypted (if the key is still available) and transferred to the user’s Library section.

In Account-Based Mode

For registered users, all content within the profile is encrypted using a 6-digit personal PIN code created by the user. This PIN is used as the basis for AES-256-GCM encryption of all personal entries. The PIN itself is also encrypted and is never stored in plain form or accessible to the server.

Encrypted data is linked to the user's profile but remains inaccessible without the correct PIN. The system requires PIN entry once per session to access protected content. Additional actions such as editing, deleting, or exporting encrypted data may also require PIN authentication. If the PIN is lost, the encrypted data cannot be recovered or decrypted. Upon password reset, all previously encrypted content is archived and remains accessible only with the original PIN and cannot be decrypted without it.

LIVEmiracle.com implements strict technical and organizational measures to protect all user data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All sensitive content is encrypted either locally in the browser or on the server side, using the AES-256-GCM encryption standard. User profile data is further protected with personal PIN codes and, optionally, two-factor authentication.

Access to encrypted data is technically restricted, as decryption keys are never transmitted to or stored on the server. This ensures that even platform administrators cannot read or retrieve user-created content. Data transmission is secured using HTTPS with TLS encryption.

All stored data is routinely monitored and protected by secure infrastructure, and internal access is limited to authorized personnel for essential maintenance only — under strict confidentiality protocols.

LIVEmiracle.com does not share or transfer users' personal content or profile data to third parties, except in cases where disclosure is legally required and limited to basic registration information (such as user name and email address). Encrypted content created within the platform is never accessible to external parties, including legal authorities, as decryption is technically not possible without user-held credentials.

The platform offers optional login via third-party services such as Google, Facebook, and TikTok. In such cases, LIVEmiracle.com receives limited user data (e.g., public profile information and email address) as provided by the respective authentication provider. No user data is transmitted from LIVEmiracle.com to these services during or after the login process, apart from the authentication handshake.

Additionally, LIVEmiracle.com uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data for statistical and platform improvement purposes. This data does not include any personally identifiable information or user-generated content.

All third-party integrations operate through secure, encrypted API connections and are subject to the data protection policies of the respective service providers.

Access to Login History

Users have the right to view their login history, including the date, time, and IP address of each login session. This information is provided to enhance security, support transparency, and allow users to monitor access to their account. Login records are available directly within the user’s profile.

Delete their account and data

Users can request the deletion of their account at any time. The account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request. If the user logs into their profile during this period, the deletion request is canceled and the account is restored.

Rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

All personal data processing on the Portal is carried out in accordance with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which serves as the foundation for our data protection practices. Users have the right to request access to their data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or to object to processing, as well as to exercise other rights defined by applicable law.

Although LIVEmiracle.com operates under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Latvia (European Union), where GDPR applies, we strive to uphold the same high standards of data protection and user rights for all users worldwide — regardless of their location. Copyright of User-Generated Content

All content created by the user on the Portal — such as conversations, journal entries, or other materials — remains the intellectual property of the respective user. The user retains all rights to their original content and is solely responsible for ensuring that the content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

By using the Portal, the user confirms that they own the rights to the content they create or have obtained the necessary permissions to use it. LIVEmiracle.com does not claim any ownership or usage rights over user-generated content and does not moderate or verify content prior to publication.

The user is solely responsible for any consequences related to the use, sharing, or publication of their content outside the platform. LIVEmiracle.com assumes no liability for disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from user-generated content, and does not participate in the enforcement or protection of such rights beyond the scope of the platform.

• Users have full control over their data and may delete any content created within their profile at any time. All deletions initiated by the user are applied immediately and cannot be undone.
• If a user requests account deletion, the account and all associated data are scheduled for permanent removal within 30 days. If the user logs into their profile during this period, the deletion request is canceled and the account is automatically restored.
• If a registered user does not log into their account for a continuous period of 9 years, the account is deemed inactive and will be automatically deleted, including all associated data.
• For guest users, all content is encrypted and stored temporarily. The encryption key is saved only in the user’s browser and remains valid for up to 3 hours of inactivity. If there is no interaction within this period, the key is automatically deleted, rendering the content permanently inaccessible. The encrypted data is also automatically purged from the server after 72 hours.
• No user-generated content is retained beyond the period necessary for its intended use. All stored data is encrypted and removed in accordance with our privacy and security policies.
