6. Single-Use Scope & Validation: This license is strictly single-use and valid only for the specific article, issue, or publication URL declared in the form below. Within 48 hours following your projected release date, our system will automatically send a verification request to your registered email address. The Licensee must reply directly to that system email with the live publication URL or a digital copy; failure to complete this step within 72 hours will render this license null and void, resulting in unauthorized data usage.
7. Violations, Revocation and Enforcement: LIVE Miracle LLC reserves the right to revoke this automated license at any time if any of the terms above are breached. Any failure to register a publication, or any breach of these guidelines, automatically renders the data usage unauthorized. Upon license revocation or notice of unauthorized use, the publisher must immediately remove all LIVE Miracle data, statistics, and brand assets from their platforms. LIVE Miracle LLC reserves the right to pursue further legal remedies and financial claims for copyright infringement under Latvian and EU laws..
