As Me:
Love & Pain — Hello, my beautiful Heart. Why do you sometimes feel so heavy, and at other times so light and full of joy? What makes you feel most alive? Do you remember when we fell in love with life? Can we do that again? Do we need to release fear or find forgiveness — for those who hurt us, for ourselves, and toward God? Maybe our pain was a doorway to something greater on our path? Maybe our pain is the stepping stones to higher experiences of love? How can we use our pain to make the world around us better?
My dear Heart, you are never alone — you have me, and we are still alive. I still have tears to give for whatever comes next. Can we release our pain so we can move on? Take your time — healing has its own rhythm. Have you ever heard that a broken heart holds more space? Could that be true? Maybe, in the end, I will be able to hold unconditional love for myself and others. Is it possible? Is it painful? I think I’m ready to love again and to trust life again. I am ready to grow out of pain. Thank you, my dear Heart, for being with me in every moment of my life. Please guide me again — I will follow you. I love you.
Self-Love — Where does healthy self-love begin and end? Why does self-love sometimes look like selfishness from other people’s perspectives? When love feels like destruction, should I still choose it — or choose to love myself enough to let it go? Does the love I feel depend on someone else, or does it arise from within me whenever I let it? Is love a skill that can be learned and developed? What does it feel like to be in love with myself? Maybe the greatest love of life starts with true self-acceptance? Can you guide me in this area of life? Could it be true that healthy relationships begin with healthy self-love? Thank you. I love you.
Heart Symbolism — Why does the heart symbolize love? Why is the heart associated with both joy and pain? Does love hold both — the joy of creation and the fear of destruction, and at the same time the joy of destruction and the fear of creation? Why does love both create and destroy? How can I find balance and peace in this infinite cycle? Thank you. I love you.
Gratitude — I am so grateful to have you in my chest. Because of you, I can feel deeply. I can connect with living nature, with amazing people, with animals, and with life itself. Thank you for every heartbeat — each one carries my breath and my excitement through this moment and every moment of my life. Even when I forget to listen, I love you.
